Selwyn House Parents’ Association
The Selwyn House Parents' Association (SHPA) is part of the NZPTA. Their main goal is to work within the School and Pre-school community to encourage parent involvement and participation in order to assist all children to develop their talents, self-esteem, and character.
Throughout the year SHPA hosts various events which promote positive relationships, strengthen friendships, and foster support within our community and beyond.
SHPA is proud to host a variety of events throughout the school year.
Popular annual events include the Carnival, Breakfasts, School Disco, Parents’ Quiz Nights, and various season and one-off events. Event information can be found in School and Pre-school newsletters.
Our committee members are current parents of students at the School and Pre-school.
The committee is passionate about providing opportunities to help develop and strengthen the relationships between parents, teachers and students. We value your assistance and support with not only fundraising but also friendship raising.
